English rock band You Me At Six have announced the release of their 6th studio album, which will hit stores on the 5th of October 2018. The aptly named ‘VI’ comes just a year after the release of their fifth album ‘Night People’, and includes two singles which are already available to stream and purchase.

After a cryptic social media campaign in which the band’s Facebook page individually responded to fans wishing to know more, two singles from the upcoming record were released, ‘3AM’ and ‘Fast Forward’. The announcement was also accompanied by new UK tour dates, with the band venturing out for 5 UK dates throughout November and the start of December.

The new album is being distributed by AWAL (Artists Without A Label), as well as You Me At Six’s own imprint Underdog Records. It is currently available for pre-order, and several exclusive merch, physical copy and autograph bundle options are available through the band’s website.

As for the UK tour, tickets go on sale on June 15th, and the band are playing many earlier dates throughout the summer. These include appearances at London’s Community Festival (tickets available here) and Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival in Inverness, tickets for which are not yet available.
