The Essex alternative rockers have released a new video for Chin Up Son, taken from last year’s album Maybe Today, Maybe Tomorrow.
The video takes a fun look at a song which clearly doesn’t look like it was written with humour in mind. It features frontman Liam Cromby performing the track, the acoustic album closer from Maybe Today, Maybe Tomorrow while his bandmates do their very best to put him off, throwing balls (not theirs) at him, covering him in one of those parachutes that I’m sure you’ll all remember from primary/lower school. It all looks like they had a blast shooting it, and it’s easy to forget how good the song itself is, with Cromby’s voice serenading all those within earshot.
