Over the past ten years, Harry Styles has proven to be multitalented. After the fame that came along with One Direction, his solo era not only brought success musically wise, the “Watermelon Sugar” hitmaker also starred in Christopher Nolan’s “Dunkirk”. And rumour has it that Styles is going to play in yet another movie, together with Brad Pitt. The rumour first appeared on Twitter (the home of Styles’ fanbase) Wednesday (19.08) afternoon.
The Spanish news outlet Vertice Cince first posted the news on Twitter, however the excited fans should keep in mind that the information hasn’t been confirmed yet. According to Vertice Cince, the movie is called “Faster, Cheaper, Better” and will be directed by Dan Gilroy. Though Gilroy is directing a movie with the name, the cast hasn’t been revealed yet, so we might as well continue to hope for another Harry Styles movie. And, as Deadline reported, there will be “a star cast circles.”
The drama spans 20 years in different locations with different characters that are all somehow interwoven. It features a union foreman, an entrepreneur and tech billionaire who’s in a relationship with an indoor farm executive.

Styles had to postpone his worldwide “Love On Tour” to 2021 due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, which would give the 26-year-old enough time to invest in his acting career. When it comes to his music, the singer is as successful as ever, meaning that he could take some time to dive in deeper in the other industry. His hit “Watermelon Sugar” recently climbed to the top, earing him a number 1 on the Billboard Charts, and with “Adore You” reaching the top position on Billboard’s Adult Contemporary Charts, he just achieved another number 1 hit today.
So even though we still have to wait another year to listen to tracks like “Falling” and “Lights Up” live, we might get some Harry news in the meantime. Until the rumour gets either confirmed or debunked, you can get a taste of Styles’ acting skills in the “Dunkirk” clip below.
