Pop legend and coach on BBC’s ‘The Voice’ Sir Tom Jones has been announced as the headliner for this year’s British Summer Time Festival, held in London’s Hyde Park on Sunday 13th July.
The long-time crooner has had a significant resurgence since he became a judge on the popular Saturday night entertainment show The Voice and will undoubtedly have women of all generations swooning over him as he takes to the Hyde Park stage. Sir Tom will be joined at this year’s event by the likes of Boyzone, Little Mix and 10cc.
This will be just one of a number of British Summer Time events being held in Hyde Park over the summer with some of the other names to appear including Black Sabbath (July 4th) and The National and Neil Young (July 12th).
For the fans of Sir Tom that are unable to make it to BST, he’ll also be alongside Cliff Richard in supporting Morrissey over in Los Angeles on May 10th – though this may be a bit too far for some of his longest serving fans to travel.
For the full line-up and more information see the official BST website.
