As Glastonbury Festival gradually nears, headline acts have been drip-fed. Organiser Emily Eavis teasing that there will be “three brilliant British bands” headlining – Coldplay already confirmed for the Sunday. Perhaps The Stone Roses will be one of these “brilliant British”?
Brilliant is definitely a word to describe The Stone Roses alongside bright, burning and bedazzling for want of some synonyms.

Notice none of this Top 10 is from their last 1994 album Second Coming. Every fanatic will have their own opinions and those prompt enough to obtain Manchester – Etihad Stadium tickets will certainly reminisce those older days back in the early 90s.
Glastonbury Festival? We just have to wait. Whoever is announced will certainly be another “brilliant British band”.
