Cuban newspaper Granma has announced The Rolling Stones will perform in Havana. Quoted in The Guardian, Granma said the concert would be:
“A historic moment that will open the doors for other great bands to arrive in Havana”.
The Stones are in South America ahead of their América Latina Olé tour which begins in Brasil – Porto Alegre – Beira Rio Stadium 2/3.

It is rumoured that The Rolling Stones will perform in Cuba over Easter. Dates to be fully confirmed.

The exhibition – a collection of rare Stones memorabilia – will display at London’s Saatchi Gallery. Their website states:
“Making history, the Rolling Stones have unlocked their vast private archive to create their first ever major exhibition; Exhibitionism, delivered by DHL. Over 550 rare and original Rolling Stones objects star in a fully immersive, multi-media experience taking over the Saatchi Gallery on London’s King’s Road, 5th April – 4th September 2016.”
Mick Jagger was rumoured to be visiting potential venues in a visit to Cuba last October. We now wait official confirmation from The Rolling Stones.
