The Gaslight Anthem have today unveiled plans for a UK tour in November along with announcing the release of their 5th studio album ‘Get Hurt‘ for 18th August.
The New Jersey 4 piece will return to our shores for a string of 5 tour dates in November as part of the promotion for their upcoming album. Beginning in Manchester on 17th November, the band will go on to play in London, Edinburgh and Cardiff respectively before ending in Birmingham at the Birmingham Academy on 23rd November.
‘Get Hurt‘ will be released a couple of months prior to the UK tour via Virgin/EMI. The album was recorded at Blackbird Studios in Nashville with producer Mike Crossey, who has previously worked with Arctic Monkeys and Jake Bugg amongst others, and will follow on from 2012’s ‘Handwritten‘.
O2 Priority Tickets for the London, Birmingham and Manchester dates will be available for pre-sale from Wednesday (June 18) at 9am whilst other fans will have to wait 48 hours for tickets to go on general release.
