Veteran pop punk indie Rockers Superchunk have released a video for new song Me and You and Jackie Mittoo to celebrate what will be there 10th album, entitled I Hate Music.
The band hail from North Carolina and have had numerous hit songs spanning across four decades and show no signs of slowing down yet. The song is based around the idea of people bonding over their love of music. The video directed by Phil Morrison features family, friends and fans of Superchunk holding vinyl album covers to records that have had a profound impact on their lives.
Time goes on but Superchunk still sound like Superchunk with their catchy pop punk anthems leaving audiences more than satisfied. Their new album ironically titled I Hate Music is out now and will lead fans back to simpler days when music was just four friends and a few guitars playing music they love to play.
