Summer Walker is an Atlanta raised upcoming R&B artist. She gained popularity from uploading covers on Vine and YouTube back in 2013. She is represented by Atlanta’s creative hub called Love Renaissance which is also represented by artists like Boogie, 6BLACK etc. Summer has posted numerous covers to her Instagram page showcasing not only her vocal skills but her instrumental skills while using her guitar. Since releasing her covers she had several records that gained massive recognition such as ‘Session 32’ and her stellar hit ‘Girls Need Love’, that is currently pushing 4.8 million views. Her music reflects her smooth vocals and the influence of heavyweight artists like Amy Winehouse, Erykah Badu & Jimi Hendrix. Summer’s organic voice captivates her new-found listeners by her chilled-out tone and videos demonstrating her personality in the most organic way.

A few days ago, Summer teased her upcoming Debut Album via her Instagram. She later posted the song titles of all the songs on the Album leaving her supporters filled with excitement. It was just yesterday Summer released her Album “Last Day of Summer” with it radiating pure summer throughout the 12-track project. Early August Summer announced that she will be opening up for 6BLACK on tour, along with Tierra Whack. The tour starts early November running into the middle of December so if you are in the area make sure to get tickets as they are hitting over 20 dates.
