The support acts for the Foo Fighters European tour have been announced with Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes, The Van T’s, Hot Milk, The Minds of 99 and Kvelertak accompanying them for assorted dates across Europe. Whilst Kentish Rockers Slaves will be joining the party for the Summer Sessions in Glasgow.

English Rockers Frank Carter and The Rattlesnakes will join The Foo Fighters for every date of their European tour. Their third Album titled, The End Of Suffering, is due for release this May. Formed by former Gallows front-man Frank Carter the band are famous for their energetic performances and punk rock anthems.

The Foos will headline Summer Sessions on the 17th of August in Glasgow, as part of a festival line up that includes The Cure on August the 16th and is being closed by the 1975 on August the 25th. The booking of the Foo Fighters is huge news for the people of Glasgow, as the legendary rock band have previously held incredible headline slots at Glastonbury and this year are headlining Reading & Leeds over the August Bank Holiday Weekend.
Speaking to The NME about the Foo Fighters about booking the Foo Fighters, Geoff Ellis, CEO of DF Concerts, said: “To welcome Foo Fighters to Bellahouston Park for the first time is so exciting for music fans all over Scotland, as they are, to this day, one of the best festival headliners in the world. With their outstanding back catalogue, this is bound to be an unmissable show.”
As if fans didn’t have enough of a reason to be excited about see the incredible Foo Fighters live the news their shows will be preceded by performances from Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes and Slaves has sent them into hysterics. Tickets are still on sale for a variety of dates, but don’t expect them to last long.
