Slam Dunk Festival have announced that, punk band, NOFX will be playing the festival in 2019. This comes after the first wave of line-up announcements for the 2019 festival were made. The two-day festival is set to return to the UK next May, where it will be hosted at the Leeds’ Temple Newsam Estate, on the 25th of May 2019, before moving to Hatfield Park, Hertfordshire, on the 26th of May 2019. The classic punk rock band have confirmed that they will be bring their ‘Punk in Drublic’ takeover to the two day Slam Dunk festival 2019. The ‘Punk In Drublic’ event debuted earlier this year, and sees NOFX welcoming a number of the most loved punk bands to play on one night in a mini-festival setting. The event’s appearance at Slam Dunk Festival will mark its only time in the UK, in 2019.

The first wave of announcements came on the 20th of November 2018, which included confirmation that All Time Low and Bullet For My Valentine will headline the event. Also confirmed to be playing the 2019 festival are New Found Glory, GlassJaw, and Simple Plan, The Menzingers, Waterparks, Story of the Year, Gallows, Mad Caddies, The Get Up Kids, Save the Day, Silverstein, Turnstile, Knocked Loose, IDKHOW, Tiny Moving Parts, and Trophy Eyes, with more to be announced soon.
Headlining the event will be All Time Low, who are set to be making their UK exclusive appearance at the gig. This will be the first appearance back in the UK since the band played ‘So Wrong It’s Right’ in full during their last tour.
Speaking about the announcement, All Time Low’s, frontman, Alex Gaskarth said: “There’s been a bit of an ATL drought in the UK recently so we thought it best to come back and tear shit up with some rad bands. Bring your life jackets.”
