Royal Blood have announced a series of intimate UK dates for this summer. After the release of their third album ‘Typhoons’ which came out in April, the band from Brighton confirmed four new shows in Bristol, Newcastle, Norwich, and Hastings. This comes after the government recently outlined its proposed easing of COVID restrictions for July 19.
The duo announced this intimate tour via a video posted to Twitter yesterday on July 6, their lead singer/bassist Kerr said he was “very excited to be announcing some intimate shows this July and August”. Then he went on to say as concerts are set to soon return to full capacity “look after each other and play it safe. If you have any COVID symptoms, please stay at home [and] self-isolate.” He also stated that if COVID prevents you from attending “You can re-sell your tickets via Twickets or on the Ticketmaster fan-to-fan platform. We look forward to seeing you very, very much – it’s gonna be wild.”
