Cinematic alt-pop trio PLYA have released a live video for their single ‘Adrenaline’. The release comes ahead of the trios headline London show, at Thousand Island, on the 28th of February 2019. ‘Adrenaline’ was first released via underground Italian label Manifesto, at the end of last year, and instantly started gaining attention online, garnering more than 700K steams on Spotify, in the matter of just a few weeks. PLYA hit the scene just over a year ago, with their track, ‘Thinking Of You’, and immediately sparked attention.
Since their debut, PLYA were named BBC London’s ‘BBC Introducing featured artist’, in April 2018, and had their Hype Machine Top 10 single, ‘Feast My Eye’, hand-selected, by Sir Elton John, for his Apple Music Beats 1 Radio show. They have also played a sold-out headline show, at London’s Camden Assembly. They have supported the likes of, Grammy nominated artist, K.Flay, R.LUM.R, The Aces and The Night Game, in the UK and Europe.
Last year, PLYA were announced to be joining the bill of, upcoming talent, The Great Escape Festival 2018. The trio also appeared at the, sold-out three-day festival, O Son do Camino, in Spain, alongside headliners The Killers, Two Door Cinema, Martin Garrix and many more.
In September PLYA simultaneously released the tracks ‘Innocent’ and ‘Addiction’, with ‘Adrenaline’ topping off the band’s exciting year. Now with new music, which will be announced soon, the band will be headlining London’s Thousand Island, on the 28th of February 2019, with support from Cronicle.
