American pop-rock band OneRepublic has announced a new tour in the UK this October. The band will land in the UK shores for three shows in Glasgow, Manchester, and London. Tickets are on sale on Friday 6th, March via Ticketmaster.

The new European tour is the group’s first headlining gig in the UK over five years. Their last headlining tour was for the promotion of their 2013’s blockbuster record Native, which brought the band to the ultimate stardom with “Counting Stars“.
Oh My My was the latest LP released by Ryan Tedder and co back in 2016. The album was promoted with tracks like “Everywhere I Go“, “Kids“, and “Let’s Hurt Tonight“, all of which received moderate commercial success on the charts. Since then, the Grammy-winning producer and frontman teased their fans about the making of the follow-up to Oh My My. Finally, in January 2019, he announced that the next LP would be called Human, and yet there is no confirmed date of release.
Nevertheless, the band pulled a trendy strategy of releasing music with a string of singles on the streaming platform in order to keep their fans in touch with their music. 13 Reasons Why‘s soundtrack single “Start Again” was unleashed as the first song from the series, followed by several tracks “Connection“, “Rescue Me“, “Wanted”, and the latest one “Somebody to Love“.
Apart from leading OneRepublic, Tedder is also one of the most wanted pop producers that has helped many A-listed stars pen their smash hits. His recent works are the collaboration with 5 Seconds of Summer (“Teeth“), Jonas Brothers (“Sucker“), P!nk (“Can We Pretend“), Camila Cabello (“Cry for Me“), and Westlife (“Dance“).
Prior to the upcoming huge show at Eventim Apollo Hammersmith, London, the “Apologize” hitmaker will play an intimate show at The London Palladium on March 10, which is unfortunately sold out now. Anyway, check out the dates for the forthcoming tour in October below.
