Olly Murs has announced that he will be heading out on a summer UK and Ireland tour in 2021. The Troublemaker singer has said he wants live music to return in 2021 to lift the nation’s spirits. He took to his social media to announce the news saying; “I’m getting back to work & going on a 2021 SUMMER TOUR GET IN!! New music, New year and New vibes!”
Olly will be kicking the tour off in Swansea on the 5th of June before heading to Belfast, Cork, London, Telford, Cornwall, Kent, Exeter, Scarborough, Leeds, New Milton, Norwich, Bath, Haydock Park, Warwick, Cardiff, Carlisle, Edinburgh, Bedford, New Market, Colwyn Bay, Newbury, Darlington before finishing off the tour in his home county Essex with a show in Castle Park in Colchester on the 29th of August. All of the venues will be outdoors, including big venues like The Marquee in Cork and Cardiff Castle.
Talking about the tour, Olly has said; “I can’t tell you how excited I am to announce this tour. It’s been such a tough year for everyone and I can’t wait to get back out on the road and entertain my fans. To finish the tour in my home town will be the perfect way to sign off the summer. We’re definitely going to be celebrating in Colchester next August.”
This isn’t the only news from Olly, he also revealed on the Heart Breakfast show with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden that The Voice will be back recording soon and hinted at the possibility of new coaches joining the team.
