The infamous Download Festival is a favourite for rock and metal fans, who travel from far and wide each year to Donington Park in order to experience three solid days of the best that live rock music has to offer. This year’s festival already promises to be bigger and better than ever, with legendary rockers Rammstein, Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath confirmed as headliners – and fans weren’t disappointed today when 36 new additions were added to the line up, giving festival goers even more incentive to don their wellies and head to Derby for an experience not to be missed. The main stage, christened “The Lemmy Stage” in honour of the recently passed rock titan Lemmy, is set to pay tribute to the beloved Motörhead star in what would’ve been Motörhead’s slot.
