Maximo Park’s long awaited album “Nature Always Wins” only came out on 26th of February and it’s already heading towards victory for this week’s UK Number One Album. As per Official Chart, Newcastle Trio are only 1,500 sales copies ahead of second place – Alice Cooper with his “Detroit Stories” in the all-new Top 7 Chart tight race. Their recent release is on the way to be band’s first Top 10 album in seven years and highest in the chart since the “Our Earthly Pleasures” from 2007, that managed to peak at number two in the Official Albums Chart.
The Album received four star review by NME’s Damian Jones who commented: “the trio, come bouncing back with a pop sizzling firecracker of an album. Fist-pumping comeback single “All Of Me” has already come kung fu kicking out of the blocks with its driving Killers-style synth line and hook-laden chorus”.
Quick recap: at the moment ‘Nature Always Wins’ is at number one in the UK album charts and you can help it stay there by buying a copy, bundled with a ticket for one of these very special gigs https://t.co/sM2kATYLtO #MaximoPark4Number1
