Liam Gallagher has revealed that his third solo album, C’MON YOU KNOW, is finished and has been sent off to be mixed with a released date set for May 27, 2022.
The upcoming LP was announced last month alongside two massive Knebworth shows and follows on from the former Oasis frontman’s first two solo releases, As You Were and Why Me? Why Not.
So far a tracklist has yet to be released but Gallagher has revealed two song titles: “Better Days” and “I Wish I Had More Power” with the latter said to be dedicated to his brother and former bandmate Noel Gallagher. He revealed this while speaking to Chris Moyles on Radio X. although to some this would seem rather surprising given the not so harmonious relationship between the two brothers.
Though we do not know the content so it may not be complementary as the artist previously wrote a song on a Beady Eye album ‘BE‘ the band he formed with the other final members of Oasis where Liam penned “Don’t Brother Me” which contained lyrics mocking Noel’s solo career and his friendships.
Gallagher made the announcement via social media recently (November 13) where he stated the album has been completed and has been sent off to Mark “Spike” Stent to be mixed.
The statement is as follows “My 3rd record is finished of to be mixed by the mighty SPIKE who is a Man Utd fan so god knows what it’ll come back like only kidding he’s very professional unlike his football team C’mon you know LG x”.

He is also set to perform at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium home of his favourite football team Man City on June 1, 2022, and Glasgow’s Hampden Park on June 26 in support of the release of ‘C’MON YOU KNOW’.
Liam previously announced the album, along with the aforementioned live return to Knebworth next year, to mark the 25th anniversary of Oasis’ huge outdoor shows at the venue in August 1996.
