It’s not just music at Latitude festival though. There is a dedicated comedy arena with Jason Manford and Michelle Wolf headlining. Wolf hosted last year’s White House Correspondents Dinner, where she controversially roasted US president Donald Trump, whilst Jason Manford has just finished a UK wide tour, titled ‘Muddle Class’. Other comedians playing include Tom Allen, Felicity Ward and both hosts of ‘The Mash Report;’ Rachel Parris and Nish Kumar.
With an Emmy-nominated HBO special #NiceLady, and THAT White House correspondents’ dinner speech under her belt in 2018, we are thrilled @michelleisawolf will be making her UK Festival headline debut at Latitude 2019! https://t.co/8ooLPue0SL pic.twitter.com/DL9VcOaNTN

The newly renamed “BBC Sounds Stage” will be headlined by ‘Slaves’ and Scottish rockers ‘Primal Scream’. Other artists appearing on the stage include Danish singer songwriter MØ, Parcels and Sons Of Kemet. Slaves previously played the festival in 2016 and received an amazing response, they also had an guest visitor from a dancer called Harvey, it’s yet to be known if he will reappear.
There was a boy called Harvey who danced on stage with us at Latitude, we need to find him. Help us find him. #findharvey — Slaves (@Slaves) July 16, 2016
Ezra made his Latitude debut on the BBC music stage 5 years ago and after two massive number one selling albums (‘Wasted on Voyage’, 2014, and ‘Staying at Tamara’s’, 2018,) and a Brit nomination he is back to headline the Obelisk Arena on the Friday night. Snow Patrol headlined the first ever Latitude festival in 2006 and are returning to top the stage on Saturday night. Lana Del Rey and Underworld are both making their Latitude debuts, in what is expected to be a UK festival exclusive for Lana Del Rey. Having Lana Del Rey headline will be seen as a major coup for the festival.
