Brighton won’t be the only place in the UK fans can see Kylie this year. She has also been announced as the ‘legend’ headliner at Glastonbury, 14 years after she was originally meant to headline the main stage, which had to be cancelled due to her battle with breast cancer. Minogue will take to the famous pyramid on Sunday afternoon, in a slot previously headlined by Dolly Patron, Tom Jones and Lionel Richie. Stormzy is the only other headliner so far announced to be playing at Worthy Farm.
I’m so thrilled to announce that I’ll be playing the ‘Legend slot’ on Sunday 30th June at @GlastoFest 2019. It will be 14 years since I was originally meant to appear there and so much has happened up to now. I can’t wait to see you all there to share this special show. pic.twitter.com/wHAiBs54Cx
