Kanye West’s Saint Pablo tour came to Sacramento, California last night and NME reports that the show was a tumultuous one for multiple reasons.
The most notable feature of the show was West’s decision to end the show after only three songs being performed. The show’s abrupt conclusion followed a lengthy speech to the baying crow about Beyonce Knowles, and Watch the Throne collaborator Jay-Z.
The one doubtless positive from the debacle came in the form of Kid Cudi, who joined Kanye onstage to perform the track ‘Waves’. Fan footage recorded the two on the now-infamous flying stage, with the two artists embracing. This continues Kid Cudi’s current bout of public appearances, following his admission to rehab last month, to be treated for depression.

Prior to his Facebook address about his depression, Cudi had taken to Twitter in September to attack the likes of West, accusing him of being one of “the fake ones”, suggesting that West didn’t write his own songs, and no longer cared about Cudi, despite the long musical history the two share.
Earlier this month, Kid Cudi did begin to make public appearances following his treatment, appearing with both Pharrell and Travi$ Scott, at California’s ComplexCon, with Cudi addressing the festival crowd, saying “I love every single one of you! We can get through this shit! We can make it through! I am living proof!”
Unfortunately following Kid Cudi’s appearance, West the turned his wrath to his former friends Jay-Z and Beyonce. There is copious amounts of fan footage (seen below), that shows West accusing Beyonce of refusing to perform at MTV’s Video Music Awards, unless she won the award dedicated to the Best Video
“Beyoncé, I was hurt! ‘Cause I heard that you said you wouldn’t perform unless you won Video of the Year over me, and over ‘Hotline Bling.” exclaimed West, before going on to suggest that “sometimes, we be playing the politics too much and forgetting who we are — just to win. Fuck winning! Fuck looking cool! Fuck looking cool! Fuck being cool! Fuck all that!”

West then claimed that he hasn’t heard from long time friend and collaborator for a long time, “I’ve been sent here to give y’all the truth. Jay-Z, call me, bruh! You still ain’t call me! Jay-Z, call me! Jay-Z, I know you got killers, please don’t send them at my head. Just call me! Talk to me like a man!”
This isn’t the first time that Kanye has reached out to Jay-Z in a very public way. Last month, prior to this second American leg of the Saint Pablo tour, West called out Jay for not approaching him, following the burglary of his wife Kim Kardashian in Paris.
