Former Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr has announced an exciting spell of UK tour dates leading up to his headline show at the BBC 6 Music Festival in Cardiff, as well as joining Blondie as a special guest for their ‘Against The Odds’ arena tour in April & May 2022.

The upcoming shows are set following Marr’s latest double album titled Fever Dreams Pts 1-4. The album debuted at #4 in the UK albums chart which to date is his highest-charting solo record, which has been joyously received by fans and publications alike. Described as a; “magnum opus, his most fully-formed album yet”.
Fever Dreams Pts 1-4 is Marr’s fourth solo album which was developed a full 3 years after his prior release Call The Comet. With work going back as far as 2013’s The Messenger and the follow-up Playland in 2014. His latest record contains all of the vital essences associated with Johnny Marr. Dagger-sharp guitar lines weaving beautifully intricate melodies, but he also exhibits a degree of accomplished lyricism and vocal delivery that has established him by rights, as a headliner in his own class.

Including limited-edition white vinyl, cassettes and merch bundles with signed prints on offer when bought from the official store. HMV and independent record stores will be stocking a limited-edition turquoise vinyl pressing for the avid collectors.
Fans who have purchased Fever Dreams Pts 1-4 from the official artist’s page will receive first access to an exclusive ticket pre-sale beginning Thursday 24th March at 10 am GMT before the general sale commencing Friday 25th March at 10 am.
Having completed his dates with Blondie for their ‘Against The Odds’ arena shows, Marr will be joining The Killers as a special guest on their US Arena tour which begins in August 2022 through to October. Tickets for these shows as well as most of the UK dates are available here.
