Hope Tala announces her new single “Tiptoeing” set to release on Wednesday the 20th of October.
The 21-year-old songstress from West London uploaded the cover art for her new single on her Instagram alongside a caption that read “‘Tiptoeing’ out on Wednesday, October 20th. young love, dancing barefoot on soft grass while the sun goes down, giving in to where the light of the moon takes you. pre-save in bio, SET YOUR CLOCKS”.
“Tiptoeing” will be Hope Talas first release since the release of her single “Mad” on June the 16th.
Hope Tala was a fresh face in 2018 when she dropped her first project Starry Ache, It was her first single “Lovestained” which she released following this project in 2019 and was her break out song currently standing as her highest streamed song with 27.5 million Spotify streams.
Tala released her second project in 2019 titled Sensitive Soul that further highlighted her soulful voice and pushed her into higher regard by listeners of UK RnB and soul music. It was again the first single she released following her project, the track “All my girls like to fight” which is one of her best-received singles and was listed on Barack Obamas best songs of 2020 and currently sits on 7.4 million Spotify streams.
The last project released by the 21-year-old signer was titled Girl Eats Sun and saw her work alongside other artists for the first time with collaborations with Sky on the track “Mullholland” and Amine on the “Cherries”.
Hope Tala’s upcoming single is her second track since the release of her last project and will leave fans anticipating a new project before the end of the year, having dropped a project every year since her first release in 2018.
However, Hope may have a lot of work on her plate right now as she prepares to support Alina Baraz on her Alone with you tour across North America.
