Danish stoner-metal act Helhorse have confirmed the release of their second album, ‘Oh, Death’ on September 23rd.

The quintet were formed in Copenhagen in 2006, originally under the moniker DØDNING, and advertise themselves as a blend of sludge, punk, hardcore and classic rock, described by Danish publication, Information, as ‘The bastard child of Black Sabbath and Black Flag’.

Helhorse have, in the past, supported such metal names as Black Label Society and Monster Magnet. The autumn of 2013 will see them embark upon the ‘Headbangers Ball’ European tour
