Hannah Grace has today (March 15) released her new single, ‘The Bed You Made’, through Never Fade Records. The track is the lead single and the first to be taken from the singers new EP of the same name, ‘The Bed You Made’, which is scheduled for release on the 5th of April 2019. The release of the track and the announcement of the EP come ahead of Hannah’s headline shows, in Cardiff and London.

The single, ‘The Bed You Made’, featured in Spotify’s New Music Friday, today. The video for the single has been released alongside the single, and is filmed from the perspective of Hannah’s ex, following her in a continuous shot, while she explains how she’ll be better on her own.

Speaking about the track, Hannah Grace, said: “I wrote ‘The Bed You Made’ after being hurt by someone I loved. It is definitely the most honest and raw song I’ve ever written and I’m actually a little nervous to share it with the world, but writing the song helped me to reach the conclusion that I am ok on my own. Heartbreak is hard, but ultimately I think if we are good to ourselves we’ll be alright in the end. So, this song is for anyone who’s been cheated on by an ex, I hope this song can give you the courage to be okay on your own.”

The release of the track, ‘The Bed You Made’ and the announcement of her new EP, of the same name, comes ahead of Hannah’s headline performances, this April. The two-date headline shows see Hannah heading to a show, at Clwb Ifor Bach, in Cardiff, on the 8th of April 2019, before heading to a show, at Camden Assembly, in London, on the 9th of April 2019. Meanwhile, throughout the rest of the her latest EP, ‘The Bed You Made’, Hannah’s incredible vocals are front and centre alongside a production that is stripped back and raw. The EP was co-written with her friends and collaborators Martin Luke Brown, Gabrielle Aplin and Jessica Sharman.

The latest single, ‘The Bed You Made’, follows the release of previous singles ‘With You’ and ‘Oh River’, both of which proved hits at radio, with plays from both Dermot O’Leary on his Radio 2 show and BBC Radio Wales respectively. She’s also appeared on The Chris Evans Breakfast Show and Zoe Ball’s ITV programme, in addition to a slot at the BBC Biggest Weekend for Radio 2 in Perth, Scotland.

Hannah first caught the attention of Never Fade label founder Gabrielle Aplin, through covers she uploaded onto YouTube. Since then Gabrielle has signed her to Never Fade Records, which is distributed worldwide by AWAL. Hannah’s covers have since gone on to win over even more supporters, including some of today’s biggest names.

In 2017 Hannah garnered praise from Lady Gaga after posting a cover of her hit ‘Million Reasons’, which compelled Gaga to tweet the video and call Hannah a “superstar”. Meanwhile in the same year her cover of ‘Praise You’, soundtracked the Lloyds Bank TV advert and received more than three million streams. ‘The Bed You Made’ is the latest taste of brand new music from Hannah, which along with her show stopping performances set the scene for what’s to come.
