George Ezra has announced additional dates for his 2019 UK arena tour, due to the phenomenal demand. He also revealed that rising Norwegian-born star, Sigrid will be supporting him on his largest UK tour to date.
After tickets went on sale for the shows this morning, the ‘Shotgun’ singer announced that more dates have now been added to cope with the extra demand. Extra shows have now been added on the 20th of March at the O2 Arena in London, 22nd of March at FlyDSA Arena in Sheffield, and on the 23rd of March at Manchester Arena. This comes after Sigrid announced her own 2018 UK and Ireland headline tour. The Sound of 2018, Sigrid announced details of her largest UK tour to date, this June. Sigrid will be following her summer of playing festival shows with gigs in Birmingham, Glasgow, Dublin, Manchester and London. She will be kicking off her tour on Sunday the 4th of November in Birmingham and is set to conclude her tour on Monday the 12th of November in London. Tickets can be purchased here.
While Sigrid, 21, is currently is working on her highly-anticipated debut album, she recently released a colourful video for her single ‘High Five’. Speaking about the track, Sigrid, said: “’High Five’ is about the importance of being completely open and honest with each other. We used high fives as an image of superficial relations.
