Everyone You Know release a new single and announce an upcoming EP Just for the time.
The sibling duo took to their Instagram page to share the announcement and cover art as well as a video of lead singer Rhys getting a tattoo of the project title on his thigh.
The duo released their new single “Radio” on the same day as their project announcement, their new track follows their nostalgic high energy sound. The video was shot at a rave scene and featured the group producer Harvey in the decks while Rhys performed the song in a crowd of party-goers with the opening line “ This one ain’t for the radio, this one here’s for the raving souls”.
The project is set to drop on the 1st of October and will be the group’s second EP release of the year having dropped their project HIgher in April. The 4 song project including the tracks “Charlie”,” Higher”,” When the sun comes out” and the track that may have inspired their upcoming project “Just For The Times” featuring Joy anonymous.
EYK said in their cation that they posted with the release that “The project is about much more than the music. The project is for our fans, our friends, our family and our community! His on where is just for the time”. The caption lets fans know that this release will be similar to their others as they all ensure they represent their community and keep it authentic. Songs like “Our Generation” and “She Don’t dance” are examples of the type of songs they make to represent who they are and where they are from.
