Despite Ed Sheeran’s second album ‘x’ being a massive worldwide success, winning numerous awards (including British Album of the Year at the Brit Awards, Best Pop Vocal Album at the Grammy’s and many more), Ed is set to re-release the album next month on November 13th to include new songs and footage from his ‘Jumpers for Goalposts’ Wembley concert.
As is the norm for musicians in this day and age, Ed Sheeran took to twitter to announce the news:

What is good to see is that this album doesn’t just seem to be a marketing ploy by Ed. The new version of x has 33 songs on, in comparison to the much shorter and original 16 songs. So often artists release new versions of their albums which contain minimal new material.
