It has been confirmed that Ed Sheeran will join the line-up for Radio 1’s Big Weekend. The Coventry event will take place from Friday 27th May 2022 until Sunday 29th May 2022. This year marks a welcome return to the traditional live format, as due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the event was held virtually last year and in 2020. Sheeran took to Twitter to announce his involvement.
