Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, we still have to wait before we get to see all of our favourite bands live again. Southampton-based band Creeper have already made plans for some epic shows after all of this is over. Today (21.07) the band took to their social media accounts to announce that they’re going to play three special hometown shows in December.
The rockers will play The Joiners in Southampton three nights in a row. But what’s so special about these shows? On each day, they will play a different EP in full length! “we will be playing all 3 of our original EPs, 1 a night, beginning with our self-titled, followed by The Callous Heart & finally The Stranger plus new album tracks in association with @vinilorecstore”, they announced on Twitter. Tickets for the shows on December 3,4 and 5 will go on sale tomorrow, Wednesday, July 22 at 11am. You can buy the tickets here.

Creeper are about to release a new record: Their new album “Sex, Death & The Infinite Void” is coming out next week on July 31. In combination with the newly announced December shows, this might cheer fans up. Creeper fans recently found out that they had to wait a bit longer to see their band play, after the “Be My End”-hitmakers revealed that they are rescheduling their UK tour to February 2021.
Creeper are going to play six shows in Brighton, London, Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester and Leeds on their “God Can’t Save Us” tour. If you haven’t had the chance to grab tickets for the tour, the special shows in Southampton might make up for it. As mentioned in their tweet, the first night of the hometown shows will be dedicated to playing the self-titled EP from 2014, followed by “The Callous Heart”, which got released in 2015, and last but not least 2016s “The Stranger” on night 3.
