Cityboymoe and Joy Orbison drop two-pack titled ‘Sweetstuff Pack’
The North-west Londoner joined forces with beatmaker Joy Orbison to surprise fans with a two-pack, including ‘Royal rumble’ and ‘Mr nice guy’, Cityboy leans into his nonchalant rap sound in ‘Royal rumble’ while reverting to his soulful singing in ‘Mr nice guy’.
The two-pack was partnered with a video directed by Seb Tabe featuring Moe in two different settings, the first a dark boarded up ‘bando’ followed by a completely parallel surrounding to that of the ‘Royal rumble’ video, ‘Mr nice guy’ took moe to a tranquil long grassed field matching his soft soulful lyrics for the second track.
Moe drops music when he wants, surprising fans every now and then with new tracks and visuals. In 2021 the artists dropped memorable tracks such as ‘Turned out alright’ and ‘City on fire’. As well as releasing his own music the British Somali has also appeared on other artists work, such as Canadian poet and songwriter Mustafas debut album ‘When Smoke rises’, appearing as vocals on the track ‘Separate’’ and has writing credits on the track ‘Stay alive’.
Cityboy isn’t just boxing himself as just an artist and has teased a new clothing range titled ‘Split dat’ which has been seen on a number of his famous friends and fellow north-west Londoners, Chunkz and Sharky.
