Today it has been announced that Calvin Harris will headline Friday night of the July Finsbury Park festival 8-10/7.
Harris is joined by other headliners: Boy Better Know, Kygo, and Chase & Status. Other acts such as Jess Glynne and Craig David’s TS5 would assumingly draw immense excitement at the announcement. However there are some negative reactions. According to The Metro fans are not enthralled with the line up:
See Metro here for further Twitter remarks.
This announcement comes after Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift celebrated their first anniversary as arguably music’s number one mega couple.
In its 11th year, the Wireless Festival has always been the pride of the summer. Despite frowns from some fans, surely Calvin Harris (nine top ten singles from a stand alone album!) will not disappoint.
Chase & Status are at least excited as they share via Twitter:
London – We're excited to be back @ @WirelessFest, headlining on the Saturday. #Wireless… https://t.co/0xFYz5Tqg3
