Hampshire metalcore quintet Bury Tomorrow finally confirmed the rescheduled dates for their 2021 UK live shows. The band was due to perform at various venues across the UK following the release of their latest album Cannibal on 7 July 2020 but expectedly all gigs got canceled due to lockdown restrictions. All four of the rescheduled shows are already sold out with tickets previously purchased remaining valid for next year.
The new dates will mark Bury Tomorrow’s return to UK live stages after more than a year. Leeds (24.05), Kingston (25.05), Southampton (26.05) and London (27.05) are the first confirmed concerts for May 2021, and fans are hoping more cities will be added to the tour later. Just two days after their London gig at The Underworld, Bury Tommorow are expected to perform at the main stage of Slam Dunk 2021 festival in Leeds (29.05) and Hatfield Park (30.05).

Bury Tomorrow are supposed to return to touring in April with five dates confirmed for Germany, and another four recently added for June. While their UK dates are already sold out, tickets are still available for the Germany shows via their official touring page. As already established headliners and festival favourites, Bury Tomorrow are expected to feature on more summer festivals next year across the UK and Europe, with Slam Dunk ’21 already announced and more sure to follow. At this stage, the band was not listed on the initial Download Festival line-up but more bands are still to be added.

Earlier in July, Bury Tomorrow dropped their sixth studio album Cannibal via Music For Nations. The album received a predominantly positive reaction for critics and fans, and landed the band’s highest ever chart performance peaking at #10 in the Official UK Albums Chart. While it did not surprise with new directions and bold experiments, the album followed their signature blend of heavy riffs, merciless breakdowns and melodic choruses, and further polished their composition and production.
So far Bury Tomorrow have released five official singles from the record, including the title track ‘Cannibal‘, ‘The Grey’ (VIXI)’, ‘Choke‘, ‘Better Below‘ and most recently ‘Gods & Machines‘. In addition, three performance music video premiered in support of the record, including the first two singles and followed by ‘Better Below‘ from April 2020, available to watch below.
