Legendary rocker Bruce Springsteen was a surprise guest at The Rolling Stones gig in Lisbon last night, joining the band on stage to perform the 1972 hit Tumbling Dice.
Footage shot by a fan at last night’s performance has since surfaced online of the ‘Born To Run’ singer taking to the stage alongside the ever-aging rockers. This is not the first time that Springsteen has joined the band on stage, in fact the same song was performed the last time that they collaborated back in 2012 in New Jersey.
Having resumed their world tour on May 26th, following a string of cancellations after the death of Mick Jagger’s partner L’Wren Scott, The Rolling Stones will now be visiting a number of major European cities – though it is highly unlikely that Bruce Springsteen will be in tow.
The previously cancelled Australia and New Zealand tour dates have now been re-booked for October and November.
