Bring Me The Horizon dropped a news bombshell through the announcement of a new EP. Entitled POST HUMAN: SURVIVAL HORROR, the EP will proceed Amo, the rock band’s last studio album, that premiered in 2019.
Poised for arrival on October 30th, the fastly approaching POST HUMAN: SURVIVAL HORROR will be a nine track EP. In preparation for the highly anticipated record, Bring Me The Horizon dropped the Yungblud collaboration, Obey, on September 2nd.
Bring Me The Horizon took to social media to raise the alarm about some new music. Taking to Instagram, the band shared a psychedelic snap with the simple yet exciting caption: “POST HUMAN: SURVIVAL HORROR. 30/10/20.” The exciting post has received a whopping 152,000 likes, one fan writing excitedly “This is the moment we’ve been waiting for!”
Additionally, Bring Me The Horizon will go on tour in 2021, playing five shows across the UK. Bring Me The Horizon will start the POST HUMAN tour at Glasgow’s SSE Hydro on September 21st, 2021 and will close the tour on September 26th at the O2 in London.
Tickets for the POST HUMAN tour will go on sale on Friday October 23rd at 10:00am. For the die-hard fans, Bring Me The Horizon announced on Instagram today that fans can preorder the EP to be granted with early access to tickets for the upcoming tour.
Bring Me The Horizon have placed some killer collaborations on POST HUMAN. The Happy Song rockers have confirmed that Evanescence frontwoman Amy Lee, London duo Nova Twins, Japanese band BABYMETAL, and of course Yungblud, will make appearances on the EP.
Amy Lee will lend her entrancing vocals on the lengthy titled One Day the Only Butterflies Left Will Be in Your Chest as You March Towards Your Death. In a post on Twitter, the Bring Me To Life singer wrote “I cannot wait for this to come out. I love our collab SO much.”

Bring Me The Horizon formed in Sheffield in 2004. The band consists of vocalist Oliver Sykes, guitarists Curtis Ward and Lee Malia on guitar, drummer Matt Nicholls and bassist Matt Kean. Since their conception, Bring Me The Horizon has shapeshifted between heavy rock, death metal and headlining giants. Their searing debut album, Count Your Blessings, was released on October 30th, 2006.
