Continuing on what is set to be a huge summer for Scottish rock band Biffy Clyro; they have today taken to social media to announce details of what they are claiming to be their ‘biggest Scottish show’ yet.

As mentioned in the tweet, American rock band Fall Out Boy are set to join them for the gig, this is no doubt due to the fact that Biffy and Fall Out Boy are both going to be headlining Leeds and Reading this summer. (See our article on that here)
With Biffy and Fall Out Boy headlining Leeds on the 26th August and Reading on the 28th August; this allows them the time to pop up north to Scotland and perform on Saturday 27th August! A very busy few days for the bands, but one that will no doubt be worth it.
There is also the potential for other big names to be announced, with the announcement from Biffy stating that ‘+ more TBA’. No worries though, as soon as big names are announce we will cover it! There will be a reason that Biffy has deemed this their ‘largest ever Scottish show’!
Tickets for the gig are set to go on sale next Wednesday 23th March at 9am here.
It’s set to be a big year for Biffy, with work currently going on their latest album (see our coverage of it here and here) and then headlining one of the worlds biggest festivals in Leeds and Reading and now this! What else could be round the corner for the band?
