This year’s 6 Music Festival by BBC Radio has finally revealed its full line-up. Among the widely noted names are Michael Kiwanuka, The Big Moon, and Bombay Bicycle Club who will perform at the festival.
The festival will be held in iconic music venues in Camden, London, namely Roundhouse, Electric Ballroom, Dingwalls, and Fest Camden from Friday, 6 March to Sunday, 8 March. Tickets to all shows will be available on Friday, 24 January on the festival’s official site.
Apart from the aforementioned artists, Róisín Murphy, Kate Tempest, and Brittany Howard are also unveiled as part of the line-up. Furthermore, Ed O’Brien from Radiohead’s EOB will debut his performance in the festival as well. He has just released “Santa Teresa” and its music video, the very first solo work off the rumoured debut album.
The leading name like Michael Kiwanuka not long ago released his sophomore album KIWANUKA, which received rave reviews from music critics. Meanwhile, Bombay Bicycle Club also dropped their fifth studio album Everything Else Has Gone Wrong, the record that marks the end of the band’s three-year hiatus from the music scene. Moreover, all-female indie band The Big Moon is set to release Walking Like We Do, the second album after 2017’s Mercury Prize-shortlisted album Love in the 4th Dimension.

In addition to the live of numerous artists, the attendants will get to join Q&A sessions and DJ sets from Mike Skinner, Mary Anne Hobbs, DJ Yoda, and many more.What’s more exciting is that on March 8, the festival will celebrate International Women’s Day by holding an all-female line-up at Roundhouse with the appearances from the likes of Kate Tempest, Kim Gordon, Nadine Shah, Jehnny Beth to name a few.
