A few weeks ago comedian and actor Aziz Ansari teamed up with fellow comedian and ‘Master of None’ cast mate Eric Wareheim to release a spoof music video of Kanye West’s song ‘Famous’. See the video below:
The video features Wareheim and Ansari dancing around in Rome, Italy as well as occasionally lip syncing to certain lines of the song and whilst it is very clearly a spoof, it has today been confirmed that Kanye will be using Wareheim and Ansari’s music video as the official video for ‘Famous’.
Wareheim took to twitter to announce the news:

However this might not all be as surprising as some might think; Ansari has previously collaborated with Kanye in previous videos, most famously making an appearance in Kanye and Jay Z’s hit song ‘Otis’ back in 2011:
And all it takes is a brief google of ‘Aziz Ansari and Kanye West’ and you can see that they are actually friends! But even so, it’s refreshing to see Kanye, as someone who is so often portrayed as being a bit of a misery and taking things too seriously, actually has a good sense of humour and let’s face it, I doubt Kanye could have made a better music video than the collaborative efforts of Wareheim and Ansari!
