An array of artists have donated their personal and rare items to the latest charity raffle held by the NHS. The music raffle is aimed to collect money to help frontline NHS workers tackle the outbreak of coronavirus, which takes place from April 14 to April 17 at 6pm via NHS Fest.
Among the names of the artists who join the charity appear Arctic Monkeys, Liam Gallagher, Snow Patrol, and Bring Me the Horizon. This raffle is part of the Help the NSH Campaign that is organised by Gallagher’s tour manager Ben Pomphrett, the benefit of which will go directly to the frontline NHS staff.
Participants are invited to donate £5 to join the raffle in which they can win rare prizes from the artist of their choice. For instance, they can bring home an extremely rare pair of signed Adidas LG Spezial trainers signed by Liam Gallagher, tickets for future gigs, a signed Pretty Green parka, and a signed tambourine.
Fans of Bring Me the Horizon can buck the odds to the guitar played by Lee Malia in the ‘Ludens’ music video, while Alex Turner from Arctic Monkeys has given away his Berghaus jacket that he wore during their 2007 show in T in the Park.
Other artists in the list include Snow Patrol, Lewis Capaldi, Gerry Cinnamon, The Chemical Brothers, Suade, and Travis. See the full line-up of the donating artists from the tweet below.

Ben Pomphrett spoke of the raffle that it was intended to benefit the NHS’s “day-to-day” operations. “The idea for the project mainly stems from having a partner who works in intensive care. With an understanding of how busy they can be in normal times, and the challenges they’re about to face, it just seemed like something worth doing.”
He added, “Since I work as a tour manager, and the music industry now on pause for the foreseeable, it’s a way for me to put my free time to good use, and hopefully do something beneficial. Partnering with The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice has transformed this project from an idea to a reality, and will also help with their day-to-day operations which include treating patients affected by Covid-19, which isn’t necessarily obvious when thinking about frontline staff.”
The raffle has been opened to join now. However, at the time of writing, the site is crashing due to high demand, but the site promises to come back and kindly ask for patience.
