Last year when live music when on pause it fell on bands like Code Orange, Behemoth, and Marianas Trench were keeping the music scene alive through the reality new concept of streamed gigs. In the past, music was no stranger to recorded concerts for albums or DVDs but as the world was forced inside, so was music. Architects performed one of the most outstanding live streams during last year’s lockdown. They are no stranger to outstanding performances, but never to an empty room; especially not to one that, under normal circumstances, would hold a capacity of 5000.
With 9 albums now under their belt, Architects have proved that they are a force to be reconded with. With few superlatives left to describe how magnificent excursion of albums Holy Hell (2018), All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us (2016), Lost Forever // Lost Together (2014). However, previous albums such as Daybreaker (2012), The Here and Now (2011), Hollow Crown (2009), and Ruin (2007) still hold their ground in Architects’ extensive back catalogue; despite having less exposure on the stage as of late.

The performance from last November was just months before Architects’ first number one album: For Those That Wish To Exist. Despite this, they played single “Animals”, and premiered future singles “Discourse Is Dead” and “Dead Butterflies”. Alongside this they did perform classic songs, such as “Gravedigger”, “Hereafter”, and fan-favourite “Gone With The Wind”. Architects are set to release the recording of the gig via Blood Records on December 10th.
It was a triumphant accomplishment for Architects and is now set to be captured in polished white vinyl. On top of that, it is another beautiful vinyl from the team at Blood Records. They are outstanding craftsmen who have created some of the most stunning records. You can get your copy of the beautiful vinyl, with pop-up insides here, or you can watch it online here. Be quick, this product is limited to 5000 copies and this is sure to sell out quickly.
