US artist, Amanda Palmer has announced that she will be coming to the UK and various cities around Europe, on a 32-date tour. The ‘There Will Be No Intermission’ tour is set to start in September 2019. However, the UK leg of her tour doesn’t start until the 16th of October 2019.
Palmer’s UK leg of her 32-date tour will hit the UK, in Bexhill, on the 16th of October 2019 before heading to Cardiff, Cambridge, Cork, Dublin, Belfast, Limerick, Dunfermline, Glasgow, Manchester, York, and Newcastle. Palmer then head’s to Portugal before returning to the UK, to conclude her UK and Ireland tour, with four shows, in London, between the 5th and 14th of December 2019.
The European leg of the tour starts, in Holland, on the 4th of September 2019 and will conclude, in Portugal, on the 24th of November 2019. Three out of the four London dates, on the tour, quickly sold out, so one final show, in London, has been added, for those who couldn’t get hold of tickets. So be ready, as the final Union Chapel show will go on public sale at 10 am, on the 21st of August 2019. If you are a registered Patreon you will be granted early access to buy tickets.
The announcement of the ‘There Will Be No Intermission’ tour comes after the release of her third studio album, ‘There Will Be No Intermission’, which was released earlier this year. When the album was released, in March 2019, it reached number three in the Billboard’s list for US independent albums. The album was crowdfunded through Patreon, which contains singles like ‘Drowning In The Sound’ and ‘Voicemail For Jill’.
The release of Amanda Palmer’s third album is her first solo album, in seven years. So, its no surprise that fans are excited to learn that she’s supporting her recent album, ‘There Will Be No Intermission’, with a UK and European Tour.
