In a surprising turn of events, iconic rock figure Bruce Springsteen is currently in advanced talks with Glastonbury organisers to take the spotlight at the Pyramid Stage in 2024. “There is still some hope it can be resurrected, but it’s pretty unlikely. There are money issues at the root of this; it’s a real shame,” a source reported to The Mail on Sunday.

Scheduled for the last week of June 2024 at the iconic Worthy Farm in Somerset, Glastonbury Festival is anxiously awaiting an agreement with Springsteen. His European tour, commencing in Cardiff on May 5, will reach its peak just days before his potential Glastonbury appearance. The rock star’s final show before the festival is set for June 27 in the Netherlands, followed by a performance on July 2 in Belgium, allowing ample time for his arrival at Worthy Farm in between.
