Lily Allen has today released the details of her long-awaited new album, announcing her first UK tour in three years in tandem with this news.

Allen recently made her return with the single ‘Trigger bang’, which featured a collaboration with grime pioneer Giggs, with an official video gtfor the track following shortly.

No Shame will be Allen’s first album since 2014’s Sheezus, and according to NME, the project can be expected in ‘early summer 2018.’ Accompanying this was the announcement of a three date tour in Manchester, Glasgow, and London, which will take place in March, prior to the album’s supposed release. Allen has never been afraid to express her opinion, and recently took to Twitter to call out the organisers behind London’s Wireless Festival, tweeting that ‘The struggle is real’ after editing the line-up poster to remove all the male artists performing over the course of the festival, revealing that there were only three female artists playing across the entire event- Cardi B, Mabel, and Lisa Mercedez.
