Muse have announced a charity concert in aid of The Passage, a resource centre for the homeless and vulnerable.
The band will play at Londons o2 Shepards Bush Empire on August 19th, where the fans will be deciding Muse’s setlist. Ticket holders to the show can pick their top ten songs, and all submissions will be counted and used to create the show’s setlist.
Tickets go on sale on Friday 7th July at 9 AM.
A statement on the website from lead singer Matt reads “We have admired The Passage’s work for a while now. Their work is vital to the community in London. We are looking forward to doing our bit to help the amazing staff and volunteers and the homeless people who benefit from their tireless hard work.”

The charity show comes a week before their headline slot at Reading and Leeds festival where it is thought that the setlist will also be fan chosen, after responding to a fan’s question on Twitter about what they are going to play.

Meanwhile, Muse recently revealed new single ‘Dig Down’, their first new material since 2015’s ‘Drones’, as well as promising more material ahead of their new album.
Speaking to Radio X about ‘Dig ‘Down’, Matt Bellamy said “The good thing is we’re gonna put out songs like ‘Dig Down’ ahead of the album, We’re going to put out at least another three songs… or even more ahead of the next album coming out. People are going to see into the creative process as we’re writing and recording the songs, and we’re going to put them out quite soon after.”
