Link Up TV have launched a competition alongside Hardest Bars to find new talent for the upcoming Hardest Bars mixtapes.
Hardest is a freestyle platform that was founded by Link Up TV general manager Joey Clipstar in 2011. At first it was a lone feat, but after joining the link-up tv team and climbing rapidly up the ranks the 29-year-olds hardest bars freestyles is now a mainstay on one of the biggest platforms for UK rap and hip music.
HB freestyles as it goes by on the link-up tv channel has had some of the biggest artists in the uk rap scene including, Giggs and Kojey radical, as well as upcoming talents such as Sha Simone, and the young rappers from OFB bandokay, Double LZ and SJ who appeared on the freestyle platform 2 years ago just before their rise to becoming the biggest names in the UK drill scene.
The competition was posted on the link-up TVs Instagram page which boasts 1.1 million followers. The post called out “Rappers, Singers and producers” and asked for interested parties to send over their hardest track to the email hardestbarsuk@gmail.com. The tracks deemed the best by the hardest bars team will feature on one of the official HB mixtapes as well as this, the winner from each mixtape with the hardest track will be chosen to have a music video filmed and released on Link up tv, a youtube channel that has just over 2 million subscribers.
Link up tv and Joey Clipstar are always looking for new talent and always finding new ways to showcase this talent to their audience.
