The upcoming UK festival on the coastal town of Margate have today confirmed that indie rock group Wolf Alice are set to be one of the headliners of the festival.

Margate By The Sea is set to be over the course of a weekend in late September, from 30th September to 1st October.

The festival is not simply a music festival, but rather a festival that celebrates the entire town; including a theme park, indie market and lots more.

Whilst the past year has been a hugely successful one for Wolf Alice, having been nominated for both a Brit Award as well as the hugely acclaimed Ivor Novello award; they are still a relatively young band and this will be the first time they will be officially headlining a festival; no doubt set to be the first of many!

Wolf Alice released their debut album ‘My Love is Cool’ last year in 2015. The album was met with commercial success as well as critical, having been nominated for the 2015 Mercury Prize. The album also included their hit single ‘
