Suffolk’s black metal innovators, Cradle Of Filth, have been changing the metal world since 1991. Dusk and Her Embrace (1996), Midian (2000), and Godspeed On The Devil’s Thunder (2008) are just a few of the incredibly diverse albums in the Cradle Of Filth’s back catalogue. Front-man, and vocalist, Dani Filth has projected the band forward through his outstanding range; that has seen him feature on bands such as Bring Me The Horizon and Twiztid’s music. Bloodstock saw the band return to their thrones, and bring in the new era of COF.
With the recent single “Crawling King chaos”, still hot on fans’ lips, the band has dropped another single to build up the excitement around the new album Existence Is Futile- due to release on the 22nd of October. “Necromantic Fantasies” hammers in the build-up to Cradle Of Filth’s 13th studio album. This will be accompanied by a video for the song that is to be on all streaming platforms as of 5 pm today.
COF will be showcasing the album on their dedicated Halloween show, All Hallows Eve. Set for Sunday the 31st of October in London’s famous Roundhouse. or as Dani put it: “an iconic venue, an iconic setlist, All Hallow’s Eve in London… six highly-strung extreme metal musicians. What could possibly go wrong?!“. This is set in stone as one of the biggest events of the holiday season. Be sure to get your tickets soon before it sells out. You can get them here.
