Power metal band DragonForce has shared a new video for a 2019 track “Troopers Of The Stars” from the Extreme Power Metal album.
The video, directed by Roboshobo (Robert Schober) and filmed before the pandemic, is a large scale production filmed in Los Angeles, CA. The visuals have been inspired by the movie Starship Troopers. Watch the video below.
The band commented on the release: “The long-awaited ‘Troopers of the Stars’ video is finally here. Be sure to watch it again and again to see if you can spot all the easter eggs in there!”.
DragonForce announced the European tour for 2022 where they will be joined by Powerwolf and Warkings. “We are extremely excited to be going on tour with Powerwolf and Warkings!.They are awesome bands, this is going to be one EPIC power metal tour!” said the band in a statement.
In the meantime, fans can join the band on Twitch and take part in songwriting with guitarist Herman Li, live reactions, video gaming, special guest events and more, from Tuesdays till Fridays at 9 pm PT/12 am ET/5 am UK.
