Music’s most famous brothers have reportedly registered a film production company together, called ‘Kosmic Kyte’.
The brother’s new firm was registered on Companies House, an agency part of the government which is the UK’s register for companies and businesses. And due to the success of recent music biopics such as ‘Rocket man’ which charted the rise of Elton John, the Gallagher brothers have been thinking about creating their own biopic. Liam Gallagher took to Twitter to add smoke to the rumours.
Usually, the Gallagher brothers use their social media presence to berate and belittle each other, but in this instance, Liam appears to be hinting at a creative project from the two, seeing a stark comparison to such tweets as March 16th when the former Oasis member tweeted his stance on whom the real frontman of Oasis is.
How many front men in oasis I always thought there was 1 yours truly app there was 2 learn something new everyday as you were LG x

The British brit pop icons decided to call it quits after their last gig in Paris 2009 when the two got into a fight backstage and since then have been at logger heads even more than which they were famous for. Oasis was formed in Manchester in 1991, the initial line up was Liam Gallagher as lead vocalist, guitarist Paul Arthurs, Paul McGuigan as bassist and drummer Tony McCarroll, after the initial formation older sibling Noel Gallagher joined as lead guitarist and also on vocals. Oasis become an important part of popular culture, when the band were set against rival band, Blur. The two bands would battle it out within the 90s for the crown of leading band within the Brit Pop genre. Oasis’ debut album ‘Definitely Maybe’ released 1994, became an instant success, releasing four singles including classics, ‘Supersonic’ and ‘Live Forever’. The band gained further appreciation through their legendary festival appearances, most notably, their two-night set at Knebworth in 1996.
Other news concerning Oasis, comes in the form of a new biopic set to be released on March 20th, which will centre on the success story of Alan McGee. McGee was a formidable force within the music industry and founder of Creative Records, the British Indie label which gained success through the 90s within the Britpop movement. The label represented such bands as Oasis, Primal Scream and Teenage Fanclub, just to name a few. Ewen Bremmer, star of the 1996 cult classic ‘Trainspotting’, is set to play McGee. The biopic will surely be a celebration of British music as well as the man himself.
With the new biopic to be released and now with the Gallagher brothers uniting for their new creative endeavour, fans are on the edges of their seats waiting to hear about an Oasis reunion, although both brothers have confirmed that this will never happen.
