It’s been weeks since our last Adele post, that must be some kind of record itself?!

The records continue to be smashed by English singer-songwriter Adele! Despite already smashing records for most downloads in a week, fastest selling album of the year and many many more, Adele still isn’t done with 2015.

Adele’s ’25’ managed to beat Amy Winehouse’s ‘Back to Black’ which saw a resurgence in popularity following the release of the documentary about her life and sad decline in health, titled ‘Amy’.

The Stone Roses coming in at third can also be put down to their recent announcement that they are touring again, with two massive sell out dates at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium.

Whilst selling the most vinyl records isn’t exactly a prestigious award or record, it is still a testament to just how successful Adele has been this past year and promises that she will continue to smash records and win awards; it is clear for all to see, Adele is back and she’s here to stay.
